Reviewing the old year and welcoming in the new year- Journaling Prompts
I hope you had an enriching year- regardless of how your year went, I know we all grew a lot, loved and lost, laughed and cried. These journaling prompts are a way to reflect on the year that has passed. And also a way to welcome in the new year. I hope journaling is a process that helps you gain a bit of gratitude, reflect on how you have grown, and also look forward to who you can become and what you still have to experience.
I know journaling has truly supported me through the year and if you participated in my journaling challenges, I hope it has done the same for you. So let's keep doing this together. The prompts in this collection are ones I have accumulated over the past three or so years. You can add your own prompts to your journaling and reflection process and just add these!

How to use these prompts: You do not have to go through the prompts in order, but you can. You don't have to use all of them or they can also be a starting point for you to come up with your own questions and to keep journaling. You can do all prompts in one go or take your time. Use your intuition above all else when it comes to this process.
When you have picked a journaling prompt, let the pen do the work. Try not to think too much right from the start, let whatever comes up flow out on to the page (or on to your screen). Then reread what you have written and add what needs to be added. Reflect on what you have written and how it makes you feel!
If you want to share and talk about your process or join a community all about healing, connection, and learning, you can do so on Discord. I can't wait to see you all there! We would love to have you be a part of the community.

Thank you for any support. It will go toward future journaling challenges and technical equipment/books for my YouTube videos. You do not have to donate at all, these prompts will always be free!
Thank you for journaling and doing the work- I hope this will help you in some way. Happy new Year. I'll see you in the next one.
